Summer Kick Off Event

The Not So Christian In Me Show teamed up with Mia’s Closet Houston and volunteered at their Summer Kickoff Event on June 1st from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. in partnership with sponsor, Palais Royal, to benefit the students of Las Americas Newcomer School!

Las Américas serves newly arrived refugees and other immigrants, aiming to help adjust them to life in the US and get them up to speed with their education.

And Mia Closet a Houston based nonprofit organization founded by Chelsea Coffey host confidence building events where underprivileged kids K-12 receive free clothing.

Summer Kickoff Event offered free school supplies, clothes, books, food and live music from DJ Fanci.
