Justin Bieber Drops Christian EP "Freedom"
Justin Bieber Releases "Freedom"on Easter Weekend
Over Easter weekend, Justin Bieber made a major move in proclaiming his faith in Jesus Christ as an entertainer. Releasing an EP titled, "Freedom.", Justin Bieber shared with us six songs, bringing us along the journey of his faith in the hard times. Ranging in sound, "Freedom." speaks one message layered over different rhythms, beats, and musical flow: God is here for us and there is freedom in Him.
Starting the project on Thursday and releasing it on Easter Sunday, Bieber called in well known artist in CCM (Christian Contemporary Music) like Tori Kelly and Chandler Moore, as well as, other artists, Pink Sweat$, Brandon Love, Judah Smith, Lauren Walters, and BEAM. Together, they have produced a project that will reach and influence the faith of millions.
Freedom is the same yet different for all
On Justin Bieber's Instagram, he shared a video detailing his heart about the process and listening to the EP after the release. Hearing from his friends and family, we learn that Bieber saw a chance to do something special for Easter and went for it. It is a sweet moment to witness as Bieber has boldly stepped into his own freedom.
Some times, finding freedom is about doing the one thing by faith that no one else around you thinks of doing. Whether its giving the homeless person at the stoplight all the change you have or praying for the co-worker everyone else loves to talk about. Freedom is believing who God says He is and who we are as His children. To live life leaning into God and trusting His Word and Will no matter what anyone else has to say. True freedom is finding Jesus after His tomb and believing that His love can heal and save everything and everyone.
Encouragement: Go find your FREEDOM!
"Freedom." is available on all streaming platforms.
