Lecrae Announces All Things Work Together Tour
Lecrae has been making a splash all year and this September, he is dropping yet another album. How does Christian twitter react to him calling this one his "favorite album"? I'm sure it will be a firestorm of questions as to why. One reason could be because he has more of a secular sound. The 1st single to the album was "Blessings", which I thought was a smash. He added hip-hop and R&B star Ty Dolla $ign to the track and it crossed over to the audience he was looking for. "I'll Find You" featuring Tori Kelly is a more faith based song and I'm sure many will love this one as well. “This is my favorite album and the most work I've put in since the [2014] Anomaly Tour,” Lecrae says in a press release. “This is a spiritual and emotional musical journey. People will be blown away.”
In addition to his new album, Lecrae will hit the road this October. The aptly titled All Things Work Together Tour will find the 37-year-old trekking through major cities including Los Angeles, Houston, Chicago and New York. He'll kick things off Oct. 4 in Memphis and will conclude his journey during the first week of December. Presale tickets will begin Aug. 9 at 10 a.m. EST for the Lecrae fanclub, while general public will be available Aug. 14 at 10 a.m. A portion of all VIP proceeds will be donated to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
