Nerves stood at attention
Tingles ran for the door
I heard a new sound
A new note
A new tune
A new home opened
in my soul

It has carried me
through school and lost friends
Broken hearts and found love
One single lyric
Refuge
I will always know
For it met me
Like the Shepard
searching for the one
God
My God
